SHIPPING
Shipping costs are based on weight and location. We ship worldwide to almost all countries.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.
PROCESSING TIME
Please note, because most of our items are handmade, processing time can take up to 4 weeks, especially during busy peak periods. We appreciate your patience. If you need your items urgently, please select priority shipping at checkout to skip the queue or email hello@bossybyboston.com.au
PRICING
Bossy by Boston reserves the right to alter pricing or update these terms and conditions at any time, without notice.
RETURNS
We offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your items, with original proof of purchase required. Please note that the credit amount will be less the shipping charge.
Items must be in their original condition, with no damage to the item or its packaging.
For returns, we recommend using registered post or a trackable courier as Bossy by Boston cannot accept responsibility for lost items.
Please Note: Bossy by Boston does not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind, including custom or non-stocked items, and pre-made items. Refunds or exchanges will only be offered if the item is faulty due to our error. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at hello@bossybyboston.com.au within 7 days of receiving the item.
