SHIPPING
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and location of your order. We offer Flat rate shipping for both Domestic & International orders. Orders exceeding 1kg may incur additional shipping fees, which will be calculated during checkout based on your delivery address. Free Domestic Shipping for orders over $100.
We are pleased to offer international shipping to most countries, so no matter where you are, your hound can enjoy Bossy by Boston’s stylish apparel.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including tracking details to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local postal services. Please note that any customs fees, import taxes, or duties in your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Bossy by Boston.
Customs & Import Duties (United States Customers)
*UPDATE 22nd SEPT 2025 - Great news – US Shipping is back!
We’ve made things super simple for our US customers. All duties and tariffs are now included in the product prices, so the price you see at checkout is the final price you’ll pay. No surprise fees on arrival, just smooth and easy shopping from start to finish.
Please note: if you are charged any additional fees on arrival, this is the customer’s responsibility and no refunds will be made.

From 26 August 2025, Australia Post has temporarily suspended international parcel services to the US due to recent changes to US import tariff rules (Executive Order 14324).
We are so sorry for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and support during this time. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and ship your order as soon as we are given the all clear. Please note that we will not be issuing refunds if you choose to purchase and then decide you no longer want to wait, or if customs fees are unpaid and your parcel is returned to us.

Please note, because most of our items are handmade, processing time can take up to 4 weeks, especially during busy peak periods. We appreciate your patience. If you need your items urgently, please select priority shipping at checkout to skip the queue or email nina@bossybyboston.com.au
PRICING
Bossy by Boston reserves the right to alter pricing or update these terms and conditions at any time, without notice.
RETURN POLICY
We offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your items, with original proof of purchase required. Please note that the credit amount will be less the shipping charge. Items must be in their original condition, with no damage to the item or its packaging.
Please Note: Bossy by Boston does not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind, including custom or non-stocked items, and pre-made items. Refunds or exchanges will only be offered if the item is faulty due to our error. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at nina@bossybyboston.com.au within 7 days of receiving the item.
No refunds or exchanges are available for sale items.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or other customer preferences. Refunds are only provided if the item is faulty due to our error.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Please note that items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted. We recommend using registered post or a trackable courier as Bossy by Boston cannot accept responsibility for lost items.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom products (e.g., special orders or personalised items). If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the item for a store credit and placing a new order for the item you'd like instead.
Refunds (when applicable)
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded the amount minus the original shipping charges.
Please note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
