Ready-to-ship items are usually able to go out within 1–3 business days.
Custom or made-to-order pieces take 1–3 weeks so we can give them the attention they deserve.

Absolutely! While we specialise in sighthounds (Iggies, Whippets & Greys), our hybrid sizing works for a variety of other breeds too. Adjustable, comfy, and flattering, just check the size guide or chat to us for help.

We accept exchanges within 14 days—just make sure items are unused, with tags and packaging intact, and that you’ve got your proof of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Heads up: We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, custom or pre-made pieces. If something’s faulty, please contact us within 7 days at nina@bossybyboston.com.au and we’ll sort it out. View our full returns info here.

Sometimes! If there's enough love for a past design, we might just bring it back. New pieces drop regularly too, so keep an eye out. If you're dreaming about a specific item, let us know and we’ll see what we can do.

We recommend cold hand washing, and using a laundry bag to extend the life of your garment. Gentle care helps keep each piece looking fabulous wear after wear.
